We have two training venues in the UK. Our Birmingham training centre allows us to deliver specialised task-focused training to our operatives, while our Skegness training centre specialises in management induction and training.

The Extra Mile Award

Our monthly Extra Mile awards go to Grosvenor Services employees in the UK and Ireland. The awards are peer nominated and acknowledge colleagues who have gone above and beyond, or have delivered high standards of work and commitment.

Team of the Year Award

In our annual Team of the Year Award, area managers nominate their strongest teams. They are subsequently fully audited by our Team of the Year committee, with the highest scoring team receiving the coveted title. The audit is challenging and our teams enjoy being able to share their competitive side.
