Company Recognized by Orlando Business Journal
Grosvenor Building Services, the first building services provider in Florida to have achieved CIMS-certification and deliver green and sustainable cleaning programs, has recently been named one of the Top Women-Owned Businesses by the Orlando Business Journal.
Founded in Orlando by Rita McCauley in 1984, the company was recognized for its knowledge and expertise as well as its overall business success. In a congratulatory note from Florida Governor Rick Scott, McCauley was cited for “building a company that has become recognizable for its entrepreneurship and helping to create an opportunity economy in the State of Florida.”
“We are extremely proud to be recognized by the Orlando Business Journal and the Governor for our achievements,” McCauley said. “The growth and success of our company is the result of exceptional teamwork and a commitment to bring to our clients the very latest methods and technologies to best serve their businesses.”
Grosvenor Building Services provides CIMS-certified green cleaning services to hundreds of thousands of square feet of large complexes including government buildings, transportation terminals and college and school campuses. Grosvenor’s proprietary Startup Plan and Phase-In-Schedule is applied to each unique environment to create a smooth transition and minimize disruption during start up and beyond, particularly when dealing with multiple buildings and campuses spanning large geographic areas.
